Missing Item Policy
If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. In order to help us resolve the issue quickly, we require the following:
- A photo of everything you received in the shipment
- A photo of the packing slip or shipping label on the box
This information allows us to verify what was shipped and take appropriate action. Claims made after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Damage in Shipping Policy
If any part of your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. To process your claim efficiently, we require:
- Photos of the damaged item(s)

These details are necessary for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange a replacement or resolution. Damage claims submitted after 30 days of delivery may not be eligible for coverage.
